Child safety
How Study Coach is kept safe and what happens when something goes wrong.
Study-only coach
Study Coach is limited to studying the learner's chosen subjects. It refuses unrelated or unsafe requests and points the learner back to their work.
Safety checks
Messages are checked for signs of harm, bullying or unsafe content before and after the AI replies. Serious concerns are flagged for review by our team and, where appropriate, shared with the guardian.
If a learner is in danger
TrainerAid is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Reporting
Anyone can report a problem from inside the app or through the contact form. Safety reports are prioritised.
