How do I add a child?
Sign up as a parent or guardian, then follow the set-up steps: learner nickname, grade, exam year and series, subjects and consent.
What does 'Beta – content in review' mean?
The lesson or question was written by TrainerAid and is waiting for a subject expert's review. It's available during the Beta and clearly labelled.
Why can't I choose a subject for my exam year?
We only offer a subject when we support the syllabus edition for that exam year and series. You can request an edition through the contact form.
Can my child see full answers?
By default Study Coach gives hints first. You can allow full solutions in Controls.
How many Study Coach messages are allowed?
There is a daily message limit per learner. The coach shows how many messages are left today.
Can I see my child's chats?
No. You see topics, progress and time. Safety alerts are shared with you when action is needed.
How do I download or delete data?
Go to Account → Privacy in the parent area.

Use 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page.
